We are in the process of selecting songs for our wedding and reception. It's made me think of a fun quiz.

Beverly Hillbillies-it's such a moving tale of family life.
If you won't let me have water I guess it would have to be Strawberry Lime-Aid (I'm not drinking any but hey the guests will just to be polite.)
Strom Thurmand-he seems like a man of authority.
Orville Redenbacher-who doesn't love popcorn cake?
Delaware--Why? Because it's far from here and I've never been there.

Is Strom Thurmond still alive? Someone around here thinks that he is dead and that you would be having a dead person officiate at your wedding. Please solve our battle of the wits.

He died in June 2003 at the age of 100. According to Wikipedia, he was an infamous womanizer, ran for President as a member of the Dixiecrat Party, and holds the record for the longest filibuster in US Senate history (24 hours 18 minutes!).
